On the 10th anniversary of the landmark decision in Olmstead v. L.C., CPR published a seminal article on using the ADA to end segregated workshops, which was included in a symposium edition of the Georgia State Law Review. Drawing on its experience implementing system transformation initiatives in Oregon and elsewhere, CPR prepared a four-part series for the Disability Employment Technical Assistance Center (DETAC) on the legal, advocacy, and programmatic components of a system transformation initiative to promote Competitive Integrated Employment.
