Lane v. Brown Expert Reports

In the first litigated ADA Title II case involving unnecessary segregation in sheltered workshops, the plaintiffs and the United States submitted initial and rebuttal reports from twenty-four experts, while the State produced initial and rebuttal reports from eight retained experts and eight state officials.  The plaintiffs’ reports covered a broad range of issues, including:
